course stresses hands-on training of the concepts and techniques required by law
enforcement firearms instructors. Course topics include: role of the firearms
instructor, range safety, training liability, shooting fundamentals, weapons
nomenclature, course development, target analysis, weapons qualification, and
firearms range management.
