This course follows the TCLEOSE curriculum for Basic Instructor Certification.  Students will be required to research, develop, prepare, and instruct lessons on law enforcement related topics.  Objectives will include: Teaching/Learning process; objective preparation; lesson plan construction and management; instructional media; methods of instruction; testing; and Instructor liability.  Participants must be currently com-missioned Texas peace officers, licensed security officers, Emergency Medical Technicians, or public safety trainers.  Class limited to 14 participants.  Request for class through email: Johnny.sexton@hccs.edu.
