Redesigning Downtown ShowcaseImagine living minutes from work, dining, theater and more. That’s what you get when you live downtown. This weekend some of the best residences are unlocking their doors and giving you a chance to experience urban living with the annual Downtown Home Tour on Saturday, March 20. Check out properties such as Commerce Towers, Bayou Lofts, Franklin Lofts, Hogg Palace, Four Seasons Residences, Post Rice Lofts, One Park Place and more.

The tour is a great way to view a variety of spaces in just one afternoon. You can move at your own pace and see what you want. If you need to go easy, catch a ride on the official shuttle – the Washington Wave. And with your admission ($15 for Houston Downtown Alliance members and $20 for the general public) you’ll get a wristband that gives you great discounts that day on tons of stuff – from snacks at Byrd’s Market & Café to half-priced tickets to that night’s Houston Ballet performance. You also get access to the Redesigning Downtown Showcase at One Park Place – a $10 value.

For more details or to purchase tickets ahead of time, go online today. Or get your tickets the day of the event at the Post Rice Lofts.
